5 days ago · The emergency exit door, which was ripped off during take off from Portland, Oregon, was a deactivated door on delivery by Boeing. It is reportedly installed on all MAX 9s should airlines decide to configure the cabins into a high-density arrangement with over 200 passengers. The door is also installed on the 737 MAX 8-200 and 737-900ER variants.
