Okay. I tested it without headlights. Just to be sure. No headlights, and dim headlights, produce the same result. As you can get in serious trouble driving around with your brights on all the time where I live, I don't understand why you're expected to drive with your brights on all the time. Sure, brights allow you to see better.ATS Headlight Usage Offence. I always drive with the running lights (parking lights? The first notch of the lights anyway, not the low beams and not completely off) on during the day. I haven't played in about a year, and now when I drive in the middle of the day in perfect weather with the running lights on I get fined for Headlight Usage.
