All Keybindings LOST. This has happened 5 times now, where I start up American Truck Simulator and all my bindings are reset to the defaults. Sometimes my 'gameplay' settings are also reset. (Suspension Stiffness, Detours, Rain probability, ETC.) I use a Thrustmaster T150 and this is just so random but pretty frustrating.
So you want 1 keybinding to do 2 things, like pressing Down Arrow to open BOTH Driver and Passenger windows together? The game won't let you do this in the menu, but you can override that by modifying the controls.sii file in your profile folder. Game won't let me change brake axis, look up-down axis etc. It's just blanked out. In keys & buttons options i can't change keys for controller. I have ps4 and ps5 controller. These worked just fine previously (had couple of month brake from game). In steam options for controller i have playstation configuration support ticked. If you mean the scale level of dashboard maps, the key is called "Dashboard Map Mode" in key bindings. The Route Advisor map (the hud overlay) is zoomed by "F5". You can also zoom while in th cabin, but that magnifies the whole cabin, not just the map (s). i press f5 all the time it doesnt change the zoom on the gagets it brings up a overlay 6. Go to ETS2, save your game and exit. Then go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/steam_profiles, then choose the profile that was modified today, enter its folder and copy "controls.sii" and "config_local.cfg", then go to Documents/American Truck Simulator/steam_profiles and paste the "controls.sii" and "config_local.cfg" in the profile that 1) The new key binding to spawn your truck is Ctrl+F9. Earlier, it was only the F9 key. Try using the new combination to successfully teleport. 2) Go to PC> Documents> Euro Truck Simulator> config.cfg. Check that your g_developer & g_console are set to “1”. This is important to use teleport in the game. Euro Truck Simulator 2 is for a beginner using a keyboard as well as for an experienced player having a steering wheel. When you create your profile, select your controller and type of gearbox. The tables below presents default controls.

There are only two prompts that appear like that that you’d need to remember: attach/detach trailer (defaults to T on the keyboard), and interact (for getting fuel, checking job listings etc, defaults to enter on the keyboard). Maybe also start/stop engine (defaults to E). If you remember the buttons for those two/three you should be fine.
