As the Death Knights in WotLK are former champions of the factions that died in the eastern plaguelands or against unknown forces of the Lich King from Warcraft 3 to vanilla and TBC, it’s possible that a Night Elf reached those lands. But then again, I don’t understand how Worgen and Goblins are there. They were not part of the factions
