GTA 3 DE is the true definitive edition of GTA 3, they fixed vehicle health and tweaked handling a bit (it's very miniscule but after playing for a long period of time I definitely see a difference) the new graphics fit pretty well with Staunton island and Shoreside Vale but can't say the same for Portland.
