What I did to fix it was run the PhysX_9.09_0408_SystemSoftware.exe inside the redist directory of Dragon Age folder. E.G. Assuming GOG Galaxy is installed in the default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Dragon Age Origins\redist\PhysX_9.09.0408_SystemSoftware.exe
